Matilda Cuomo Introduces New Tool to Promote Italian as a Language Taught in Schools.
Queens Times Educational Editor and Real Talk with Jim Lisa co-host Dr. Dan Miller was on hand at the Book Celebration focusing on Non Soltanto Un Baule (Storie di emigranti italiani) held last night at Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimo featuring the editor, author and translator Concetta Cirigliano Perna and the Former First Lady of New York State Matilda Cuomo who wrote the foreward of this exciting book.
The stories chronicled in this book are about Italian families who have voyaged to America and the agenda to promote Italian as a language taught in schools.
